Dos:

1. Photo should be taken in last 3 months.
2. Photo should be taken against white background.
3. Your head must be straight and eyes must be open.
4. Face should be clerly visible and top of the shoulders should be clearly seen.

Don'ts:

1. No hair covering eyes is allowed in photo.
2. Tinted glasses or sunglasses are not allowed.
3. No uneven bright spots on face and no red eys in your photo.
4. Photo should show you alone no other person or object should be seen in background.
5. Spectacle fram must not cover any part of eyes.
